I have never experienced a medical office such as this one. From the moment you call to make your appointment, you are met with such kindness. Office staff is always so sweet and fun to engage with. The wait in the lobby is never more than a couple minutes which is unheard of these days. Dr. Patel is very down to earth, always careful to listen to my needs and address them accordingly. You can tell that his heart is in the quality of his care, not the quantity of patients that he can squeeze onto his schedule. This office is like none other I’ve seen…in the best way! Dr. Patel is an amazing doctor he will listen to your concerns, answer questions and above all, make you feel comfortable. I have so much respect for Dr. Patel. He was able to take care of issues that my other physician did not . I am someone who is not that comfortable when I see a physician I get sweaty, very nervous and want to leave as soon as possible from the room. I want to thank him for his time and being my doctor. I have 6 family members that see him. Everyone is very happy with the care they receive. I am actually happy to go to my appointments and speak to him about any and all issues that I have. I no longer feel like running out the room lol. It was bad. Hope this review can help someone who also felt the way I use to. Thank you Dr. Patel and staff!

Dr. Patel’s office is one of the best Dr offices that I have been too, sad that I have to say I’ve been to several over the past couple years. But if he had not been so through about my blood work looking off a few times and being adamant about seeing a hematologist. I might not have known until too late that I have a form of leukemia, that was caught very early. This is a battle that I will have the rest of my life and I know that as long as I am battling this, I will have Dr. Patel and his staff to help battle it with me. So for that I am grateful!!
He has always been super helpful with any concerns and questions that I have and the staff are amazing! Always greeted when I walk in, and they have never been rude or unprofessional, not even when I have called to get a prescription refilled, they call you back and let you know when the doctor has sent it in.
If you’re looking for a great primary doctor and you are not too far away, I highly recommend him and the staff!! 😁😊

Omgosh! I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Shyam Patel! I have been suffering from autoimmune issues for years and Dr. Patel is the first doctor to take the time with me to create a wellness plan and help. His staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. His hours are convenient and his location is great!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. This has to be the best PCP you can find. Not only is the doctor intelligent, he also talks to you like you’re a person- not rushed, he listens, he is non judgmental. This is the best doctor. Not only is this doctor phenomenal but so is his staff- Aracely is an Angel. I can’t say enough about her. She is caring, and compassionate. When you can the office-the number goes to the office. There is no press this then’ press that to get to anyone.

Dr. Patel is unlike any doctor I’ve seen. He truly cares and he will do what he can to get you feeling your best. There hasn’t been a time I’ve gone in where I was unsatisfied with the service. The receptionists will try and get you in as soon as they can. He has no problem re explaining things until you understand and he answers any and all questions you have.

Went today for a quick(!) visit after stepping on a nail yesterday. Super quick, friendly staff. They squeezed me into the schedule after initially not having anything available today because a tetanus shot needs to be given within 48 hrs of an injury & Monday would be “too late” for me. Even though they squeezed me in, I didn’t wait at all! Clean large offices. Doctor looked me in the eye, listened, and I see it as a huge plus that he didn’t prescribe antibiotics, but will if my injury gets worse over the next few days. I just hired him as my GP. How refreshing after having gone many times to the “other” clinic in town for same-day medical services. Totally different experience here. Night & day. Two thumbs up.
