Primary & Preventative Care

The key to staying healthy is proactive disease prevention. We offer family primary care, physicals, immunizations, and other preventative healthcare services. Appointments and walk-ins are welcome.

Chronic Conditions

We provide compassionate and long-term healthcare to patients with chronic conditions, including diabetes, heart disease, cancer, and many other conditions which require ongoing medical attention.

Acute & Immediate Care

We wish to provide prompt service for scrapes, lacerations, cuts, broken bones, and bruises. Our team of physicians is highly trained in the art of suturing and bandaging. Walk-ins are encouraged.

Labs & Diagnostic Testing

We provide labs and diagnostic testing services for cholesterol, diabetes, COVID-19, and much more. If you’re unsure about your testing needs, please contact us, and we will be happy to help.

Mental Health

Your well-being is our objective. If you suffer from depression, anxiety, stress, or any other mental health condition, we can help. Appointments and walk-ins are welcome.

X-RAY & Imaging

OccuMed Primary Care offers convenient X-RAY and imaging services. These images can help our physician and team diagnose, treat, and monitor a wide range of conditions.

COVID-19 Testing

If you’re experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, we offer testing services. Contact us to schedule a test.

Telehealth

If you’re unable to come to our Whiting office, we offer telehealth! Contact us to schedule a convenient telehealth appointment.

Dr. Patel is unlike any doctor I’ve seen. He truly cares and he will do what he can to get you feeling your best. There hasn’t been a time I’ve gone in where I was unsatisfied with the service. The receptionists will try and get you in as soon as they can. He has no problem re explaining things until you understand and he answers any and all questions you have.
